The Eldercare concept was founded in 1965 in North Carolina when it became apparent that there was a need to provide dependable private duty care at the lowest cost to the patient. Its rapid growth is an indication of the excellence of its service to those who care.

Eldercare Convalescence Service - Molter Associates is privately owned and locally operated. We have served New Castle County, Delaware since 1976.

Our Staff
Our Nursing Assistants and Companions are employees of Eldercare. Therefore, we are responsible for payroll and all federal and state taxes. Our Nursing Assistants are R.N. supervised (as required by state healthcare licensing).

Our Employees are carefully screened. They are drug tested, finger printed and criminal background checked. Their references and previous employers are also checked.

Our employees are licensed, insured and bonded.

Nursing Assistants
A Nursing Assistant is a paraprofessional who provides patient oriented private duty care for the convalescing and elderly. Our experienced personnel give the patient basic health care in the patient's home, hospital or long term care facility under the direction of the physician or nursing supervisor.
